Accessibility statement
We want every parent, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the Together website and app. This statement follows regulation 35 of the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Website
The website is built to meet Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA, based on the W3C WCAG 2.0 guidelines. We checked it ourselves on 13 October 2026, without an external auditor. What we did:
- Ordered headings; language and text direction set for every page and for every passage in another language.
- Full keyboard navigation, a "Skip to content" link and a strong focus outline.
- Sufficient colour contrast in light and dark mode; text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- Decorative images are hidden from screen readers. Tables have column headers.
- The logo animation on the home page is short, silent, marked as decorative, and not played for visitors who asked their device to reduce motion.
- The site adapts to small screens and to the browser's font size.
The app
The iPhone and Android apps use the operating system's controls, support Hebrew, English and Arabic and the system text sizes. We have not yet tested every screen with VoiceOver and TalkBack, so some screens may still be hard to use with a screen reader. We keep improving this in every release.
Known limitations
- Links to stores and outside websites (App Store, Google Play, Apple, Google) are the responsibility of their owners.
- As noted, some app screens have not yet been tested with a screen reader.
